Richard Hall
Richard first started working in kitchens at 15 years old in Auckland.
He quickly fell in love with the industry.
At 19 he wanted to learn more.
"I couldn't see much of a career progression in New Zealand at that time so I packed myself off to London in search of mentors to further my practical knowledge."
He moved into front of house and decided he wanted to learn all aspects of the industry hands-on.
This was the start of his education in the industry, that still continues today, which lead him from washing pots to developing, owning and operating exciting and dynamic food and beverage concepts around the world from New Zealand, Sydney, London and China.
Richard's journey thus far has taken him through most roles within the industry from kitchen, bar, floor, senior management roles and directorship.
This experience gives Richard a grounded understanding of what is needed when building and operating hospitality businesses in different markets around the world.
"I am focused on developing and executing effective practical and relevant training solutions to support our industry worldwide as we discover new ways of operating."

What is the process of buying and minting a UST NFT?
To buy and mint a UST NFT, simply click the 'Mint' button. On the next page, select the number of UST NFT's you wish to purchase and mint, then make the payment using Ethereum cryptocurrency by connecting to your crytpo wallet or by using your bank card. You can mint using MATIC on polygon network too.
IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM LIMIT FOR PURCHASING AND MINTING UST NFTs?
There is a limit of 10 NFTs per wallet.
Can I gift a UST NFT to my family or friends?
Yes, after the purchase and minting of a UST NFT, it will be sent to your crypto wallet. From there, you can gift it to your family or friends who have a crypto wallet.
If you do not have a crypto wallet at the time of purchase, one will be automatically created for you by the platform. You can then gift this minted UST NFT to your family or friends.
To which wallet will the UST NFT be sent to?
The UST NFT will be sent to the buyer’s crypto wallet. If the buyer does not have a crypto wallet, one will be automatically created for them by the platform at the time of payment and minting.
What is the most valuable UST NFT’s and what skill level do they have?
All UST NFT’s have the same price on the platform, 0.22 ETH. In future markets, the most valuable UST NFT’s are likely to be the senior positions with large skill bases.

The NFT’s will be released in small batches until 10,000 unique NFT’s are available.
